We are using honey from SUGI BEE GARDEN in the limited-time course at The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo!

From Thursday, July 2, 2026, to Friday, July 31, 2026, The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo "Towers" will offer a limited-time course called "Treasures of Japan" as part of the gastronomic project "~FLAVORS IN TRANSIT 旅する味 2026~" that connects excellent ingredients thriving in various regions of Japan and the thoughts of the producers who support their value to the future.

This is a special course consisting of six dishes, crafted by Chef Nakano, who has carefully selected ingredients from various regions of Japan, reflecting the local climate and character, and elevating them into a refined plate.

This time, the dessert of this course, "Poached White Peach with SUGI BEE GARDEN Honey Ice Cream", uses honey from SUGI BEE GARDEN.

SUGI BEE GARDEN honey is used to make ice cream with milk, and is added when poaching white peaches at low temperature.
The finished dessert consists of meringue shaped like flowers, green tea jelly, low-temperature poached white peaches, and honey and milk ice cream.
You can enjoy the refreshing sweetness of the peaches, the subtle astringency of the green tea, and the gentle sweetness of the honey, all harmonizing to create a light and deep flavor.

It is a great honor that honey from SUGI BEE GARDEN was used in the dessert of this special course, which features ingredients from all over the country.

In the past, we had the opportunity for a collaborative menu titled "SUGI BEE GARDEN Honey Collection Afternoon Tea" in 2024 (see past article), and this has led to another connection this time.

And this time as well, a space has been created where the natural artwork produced by honeybees, honeycomb honey, and observing bees are displayed, allowing people to feel close to the bees.
