As April arrives, we can begin to feel the spring weather.

In Yatsushiro city, Kumamoto prefecture, lotus flowers are in full bloom.

Milk vetch honey becomes more and more rare every year.

With its mild, smooth and elegant taste, lotus flower honey is known as the "king of honey."

This year's flowering was much better than last year, with the entire area in full bloom.

Honey harvesting is scheduled for mid-April, but as rain is forecast for several days in a row, we will continue to monitor the situation.

We hope to be able to deliver delicious lotus flower honey to you all this year as well!
