Well-BEEing
SUGI BEE GARDEN strives to preserve a sustainable global environment under the philosophy of "healthy beekeeping."
As Einstein once said, "If bees disappeared from the earth, humans would not be able to live for more than four years," various plants produce abundant fruit through pollination by bees, and honeybees are an essential part of our diet. SUGI BEE GARDEN will continue to protect a healthy natural environment where honeybees can live healthily.
We deliver honey, a natural resource, in the highest quality and make suggestions to our customers with the aim of improving and enhancing their lives.
Primary industry (beekeeping)
In order to continue protecting the natural environment in which honeybees can live healthily, SUGI BEE GARDEN distributes milk vetch seeds to farmers free of charge and engages in reforestation. We also lend honeybees to farmers and use honeybee crossbreeding to create an environment in which all living things can live.
Secondary industry (manufacturing)
We use clean energy in our solar-paneled factories to create high-quality products. We also use materials that are FSC-certified, an international system aimed at sustainable forest utilization and conservation, and are committed to creating environmentally friendly products.
Tertiary industry (sales)
We have achieved a 100% utilization rate for maternity leave and childcare leave. After returning to work, employees can utilize the short-time work system to balance childcare and career while continuing in managerial positions. We also utilize the qualification promotion system and e-learning to support employees' motivation to learn.
Creating a bright future with bees
employee
Through recurrent education, such as skill-up education and assistance for obtaining qualifications, we aim to create an environment where employees can advance in their careers and continue working after retirement. In addition, based on our passion to "contribute to the beauty and health of our customers" that has continued since our founding, we support various sporting events and encourage employees who work hard to improve their health through sports.
Global Challenge: From Japan to the World
We have established a local subsidiary in New Zealand, aiming to improve beekeeping techniques across borders with overseas beekeepers. We are also expanding our stores overseas, including in Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Vietnam. In cooperation with local companies in each country, we make proposals to our customers with the aim of improving their lives.
