Honey harvesting is currently underway in Akita!

It has already been a month since we shipped 225 hives from Kumamoto, where our headquarters is located, to Akita.

Local apiaries produce a wide variety of honey, including acacia honey.

Akita is a place of rural scenery filled with clear air.

Honey harvesting begins at 4am when the bees are calm.

According to the beekeeping club members, the bees on their business trip to Akita this time are elite troops who are skilled at honey harvesting.

They are said to be an excellent group of birds that can quickly collect honey after the long journey from Kumamoto to Akita.

When I looked inside the hive, the fresh honey was sparkling.

In addition to acacia, bush clover, and wild rose flowers, wisteria blossoms bloom in full glory, seemingly raining down from above.

This year's Akita Prefecture flower honey may contain nectar from beautiful flowers like these.

The beekeeping club members sent us pictures of the freshly harvested honey.

We have a wide variety of honeys, including honey from seasonal flowers, clear acacia honey, and light pink wild rose honey.

There is plenty of fresh honey harvested, which is a delight to look at.

We hope to be able to deliver this year's delicious flavors to you all soon!
