Among these, it has been recognized for six consecutive years as part of the "Small and Medium Enterprises Division (Bright 500)" consisting of 500 companies nationwide that meet multiple strict certification criteria.

A "Yoka Boss" is a company representative who works to enrich his or her own work and life, and who supports the work and life of the employees who work with them. ("Yoka" means "good" in the Kumamoto dialect.)
