From Friday, September 27th to Saturday, November 30th, 2024, The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo in Roppongi, Tokyo will be offering a collaborative menu called "SUGI BEE GARDEN Honey Collection Afternoon Tea," where you can enjoy afternoon tea made with honey from SUGI BEE GARDEN.

The background to this collaboration is the deep interest and sympathy shown by SUGI BEE GARDEN in the honey products it sells, which are based on the production philosophy of "healthy beekeeping" that it has upheld since its founding.

The collaboration is based on the philosophies of both SUGI BEE GARDEN which engages in beekeeping and tree planting activities with the aim of preserving a sustainable global environment, and The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo, which provides first-class hospitality through sustainable food, and expresses their respective worldviews.

At "The Lobby Lounge" on the 45th floor, yellow flowers that evoke the image of SUGI BEE GARDEN and bees, chocolate bee sculptures, natural artworks made by bees (comb honey), and observation bees are displayed, creating a space where you can feel close to bees. (The observation bees will be on display from 9/27 to 9/29.)

While you wait for your afternoon tea, you can watch a video showing a realistic depiction of the beekeeping process, giving you a first-hand experience of SUGI BEE GARDEN 's healthy beekeeping industry.

The afternoon tea uses honey and pollen from SUGI BEE GARDEN, honey infused with fruit juice, and more, allowing you to enjoy the chef's imaginative creations.

The president and vice president of SUGI BEE GARDEN also came all the way from Kumamoto, where their headquarters are located, and commented, "We were able to enjoy our fill of a wonderful afternoon tea that made full use of the honey ingredients, while enjoying first-class customer service and a gorgeous view!"
