Especially in summer, I pay attention to heatstroke, and during the season from March to November, I try not to accumulate fatigue and make sure to get plenty of sleep.
During the season, I often live in hotels, and I have frequently experienced health issues due to unfamiliar air conditioning and other external factors.
Moreover, with accumulated fatigue and lowered immunity, I felt even more anxious.
