Flowers have started to bloom in our company's plum orchard!

At our own plum orchard located in Kikuka Town, Yamagashii, Kumamoto Prefecture, the plum blossoms are blooming, giving an early hint of spring's arrival.
Typically, the blossoms reach full bloom around the end of February, but this year they are blooming earlier than usual.

During the shoot, we were able to see bees gathering around the flowers, creating a moment that allowed us to feel the breath of nature.

SUGI BEE GARDEN cultivates Nanko plums, small plums, and Oushuku plums every year through the pollination of flowers by bees.
By pollinating, the bees produce plums that are well-shaped and have flesh that is packed tightly.

In the plum orchard, many trees with buds can still be seen, and I am looking forward to the full bloom that is about to come.
Last year, we suffered damage from hail, but I hope that this year will yield a safe harvest!
