Picked at our own plum orchard in Yamaga, Kumamoto Prefecture

We make pickled plums using Nanko plums.

The weather was very nice today, so the plums are drying out nicely.

These pickled plums will be available from next spring.

It will be delivered as a gift to those who make a purchase through mail order.
