Fluffy Cooking of Old Rice! Honey Utilization Recipe

Ingredients (for 7 to 8 servings)

Rice ... 4 go

Honey ... 2 teaspoons

*Guideline: 1 teaspoon of honey for 2 cups of rice.

How to make it

1. Wash the rice and add the usual amount of water, then set it in the rice cooker.

Add honey, stir lightly, and just cook as usual!

 

"Because it's a bit old rice..." even the very old rice can be cooked to taste just like new rice by simply adding a little honey.
It stays delicious even when cold, making it perfect for bento and onigiri ♪
