The bicycle trial athletes Haruto Uchida and Sota Uchida, supported by SUGI BEE GARDEN, came to report on their results over the past year!
Haruto Uchida, a third-year high school student, and Sota Uchida, a first-year high school student, both attend Kumamoto Private Kaishin High School,
and they practice bicycle trials as brothers.

What is bicycle trial...

This is a competition where participants run on courses (sections) made of natural terrains such as rocks, logs, and slopes, as well as artificial structures, competing not on speed or time, but on how well they can run without touching the ground or falling.

The two of them have excelled in the J Series of bicycle trials, winning championships and performing well at the world competitions,
and this year, the younger brother, Kohta Uchida, has been selected as the number one in the annual ranking for the "2025 J Series RED category"!
We were also shown the medals and certificates they have earned, which are proof of their hard work.

Proof of Effort

In fact, the two individuals enjoy one serving of Royal & Amino Protein before and after practice, and during practice or matches, they prefer a drink made with fruit juice and honey instead of a sports drink.
Bicycle trials are said to be anaerobic exercise, and it seems that during competitions, they can experience numbness in their hands or cramps in their legs, but they mentioned that consuming honey helps alleviate these issues!
