As of March 2024, SUGI BEE GARDEN has 78 stores across the country.

The other day, store staff from all over the country gathered at our headquarters in Kumamoto Prefecture for training.

Some staff members even traveled all the way from our store in Asahikawa, Hokkaido.

The president and sales staff also participated, and they shared the issues facing each store and exchanged opinions on how to improve things in the future. The staff at each store were taking notes. They were discussing things with serious expressions on their faces.

There were times when we even had fun chatting, and it was a very meaningful time.

We visited the actual factory where the products that are delivered to customers every day are made.

Store staff listen to the voices of the beekeepers who collect the honey on display in the store, and the factory staff who manufacture the products.

We also visited a beekeeping farm where honey is actually harvested and spoke to members of the beekeeping club.

I'm sure they will take back to the stores the notes they took during their training over the course of several days, as well as the various photos they took, and share them with other staff members.

We hope that by experiencing for ourselves what goes on behind the scenes of the products that we normally pick up and introduce to customers, our customer service skills will be further refined.
