The "Eruboshi" certification has three ranks, determined by the number of criteria met from five certification standards.
The certification standards are: "Employment," "Continued Employment," "Work Style such as Working Hours," "Management Position Ratio," and "Diverse Career Paths."
Our company meets all five criteria and has received the third level (three stars) certification!
