Last fall, the SUGI BEE GARDEN Honey Collection Afternoon Tea was held at The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo.
During the event, a wide range of beautifully original sweets were on display, made with plenty of honey, bee pollen, and honey with fruit juice.

We were once again fortunate enough to have the opportunity to have sweets made with our honey served during break time at a certain gathering.
・Cheesecake made with Akita Tochigi honey
・Acacia honey cream from Akita Prefecture × berry and fig compote sable
Large yellow flowers reminiscent of honeybees once again decorated the venue.
On the day, bees from a bee farm in Kumamoto also made a visit, and many visitors were able to view them at the venue.
