Message from the Manager

A stately storehouse wrapped in black plaster. Our Kawagoe store is located in the middle of this street lined with storehouses. It seems that storehouses spread one after another, modeled after the storehouses that survived a great fire long ago. The specialty is sweet potatoes. There are many restaurants that use sweet potatoes, as well as long-standing eel restaurants. The Kita-in Daruma Market is held during the New Year, the Hyakumanto Festival is held in July, and the grand Kawagoe Festival, where floats from the town are pulled, is held on the third Saturday and Sunday of October. Please come and enjoy these quaint storehouses.
