SUGI BEE GARDEN Dogo Onsen is located in the Dogo Shopping Arcade, which connects Dogo Onsen Station to the Dogo Onsen Main Building. Famous as the setting for Natsume Soseki's "Botchan," Dogo Onsen Main Building is the only place in Shikoku to receive the highest rating of three stars in the Michelin Guidebook in 2007, and is also home to the only bath in Japan reserved for the imperial family. There are also over a dozen foot and hand bath facilities in the vicinity of Dogo Onsen that you can enjoy freely while strolling around. Dogo has also been the setting for the historical drama "Clouds Above the Hill" since 2009, so if you're in the popular spot, be sure to stop by.
