After three months of on-site training in each department, your assignment will be decided based on your preferences and aptitude. You will be assigned to one of the following departments.

  • Employment status:Full-time employee
  • Number of employees:6 to 10
  • Work location: 571-15 Mitsugimachi, Kita-ku, Kumamoto City, Kumamoto Prefecture
  • Salary: University graduates and graduate school: 205,000 yen / Junior college graduates, vocational school graduates, and technical college graduates: 195,000 yen
  • Salary increaseonce a year (April)
  • Bonusestwice a year (July and December)
  • Allowances:Commuting allowance (up to 20,000 yen), job allowance, position allowance, travel allowance, overtime allowance, performance-based pay, etc.
  • Working hours:8:45-18:00 (75 minute break) *Depends on assigned department.
  • 113 days off*Depends on the department you are assigned to
