The Aeon Mall Miyazaki store is the first store in Miyazaki, and opened at the same time as the Aeon Mall Miyazaki opened in 2018. It is a relatively new store among SUGI BEE GARDEN 's stores. From the north entrance on the first floor, customers are greeted with an impressive exterior and a bright atmosphere. Currently, the store is run by one store manager and one sales staff member (full-time employee). In addition to the full-time staff at the store, there are also area managers and the sales department at the head office who support the operation of the store.

As with other SUGI BEE GARDEN stores, we communicate with each department at the head office via email, phone, and free communication apps. Our shifts follow the business hours of AEON Mall Miyazaki as a whole, so there is almost no overtime. Our business hours are different from normal hours because we have to take inventory (check the stock of products and stock on display) after the store closes at the end of the month. Our shifts are created monthly, and we will do our best to accommodate unexpected holidays.
Commuting by car is OK! Commuting allowances are also paid up to 20,000 yen depending on the distance. There is a break room exclusively for staff working at AEON Mall Miyazaki (photo). Of course, you are free to do whatever you want during your break, such as shopping at other tenants or eating at the food court. As a work perk, you will receive preferential treatment at some stores within AEON Mall Miyazaki (1,000 yen for a movie ticket that normally costs 1,800 yen, 1,000 yen for a childcare room ticket that normally costs 6,000 yen, etc.), and there is also an employee discount system at SUGI BEE GARDEN. There are no transfers, so full-time employees who want to work long term in Miyazaki City are also welcome!
The store sells honey-related products that are particular about quality and taste. We not only sell edible honey, but also delicious honey juice, so we proactively approach customers and invite them to try samples. Soft-serve ice cream with honey kneaded into the batter and products related to the currently popular Manuka honey are especially popular. The products we promote change depending on the season and events, so we brainstorm ideas together and change the layout of the store accordingly.
Selection is conducted on a rolling basis from applicants. Interviews are held in-store, so please discuss the start date and, if you are looking for part-time work, working hours at the interview.
