We held a presentation on our management vision for the second half of the 54th fiscal year.

In mid-October, the company held a presentation at its headquarters in Kumamoto Prefecture to present its management vision for the second half of this fiscal year.

Each department head announced their goals for the current fiscal year, and awards were given to outstanding employees at stores and call centers.

The first half of the year saw a succession of new store openings and reopenings, resulting in many opportunities to meet new customers.

The award-winning staff members spoke on stage about their feelings and gratitude towards customers, as well as their aspirations for the future.

 

At the same time, store staff from all over the country gathered together to share the challenges they faced in their respective regions.How can we make our customers more satisfied? Each staff member will express their individual thoughts on not only improving our service but also proposing products that are in line with customer feedback.

The staff meeting was attended by not only sales staff but also the president, and it was a meaningful time to discuss future store operations.

In the second half of our 54th fiscal year, all of our employees will continue to work hard every day as a company that supports our customers' healthy lifestyles.
