The bees have returned from Hokkaido!

The first group of honeybees from Hokkaido have returned to Kumamoto.

The bees left Hama-naka Town in eastern Hokkaido early in the morning on Saturday, November 3rd.
Take a ferry from Hakodate Port to Aomori, and then travel overland to Kumamoto Prefecture.
After two full days of travel, we arrived in Matsubashi Town just after 4:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 5th.

When the bees arrived, the hives were transferred from the large truck to several 2-ton trucks.
The bees are then transported to a nearby apiary.

In the bee farm, work is done in the dark.
The only light we could rely on was the lights from car headlights and headlights.

By the time we finished, the sky was finally beginning to lighten.

After their long journey, the bees enter the hive as soon as the hive entrance (the entrance to the hive) opens.
It came out of the hive as if it had been waiting for it.
