The 2nd Mitsuiku Cooking Event was held

This marks the second time that "Mitsuiku Cooking" is being held.

Last time I made honey muffins, but this time I made honey pizza.

Make a pizza using manuka honey and pickled ginger.

The cooking will be a little more difficult than the first event, so this time the event is open to parents and children.

A recipe unique to winter: "Honey Pizza that warms you to the core."

First, we knead the pickled ginger into the pizza dough.

As the teacher instructed, pressure is needed to create dough, and everyone kneaded the dough with all their might.

The sight of the children kneading the dough and sprinkling the cheese with their small hands was so adorable that I couldn't help but smile.

Study time while waiting for the pizza to bake.

They learned a lot about the Manuka honey and ginger used in the cooking.

During learning hours, the studio is filled with delicious smells.

I understand how your kids feel when they start to get a bit nervous.

A few minutes later, the pizza was finally done.

"Ginger pickled in honey x teriyaki chicken"

"Manuka honey x apple custard"

Both pizzas look very delicious.

Everyone looked very happy as they took photos with the finished pizza.

We hope this cooking event will become a memorable winter memory for your family.
