"I work in the planning department at the head office, and I am in charge of updating our corporate website and external EC sites (shopping sites), creating and distributing articles for SNS and conducting interviews for them, as well as work related to the development of websites for overseas customers and new apps. I'm now learning in earnest about things I've been interested in but never been involved with before, like image editing and website access analysis. It's very stimulating to see the number of things I can do steadily increase, and I feel like I'm growing every day."

"I originally studied English at university, so after joining the company I worked in the sales department. In the sales department, work involves a lot of business trips and traveling by car, so there is a lot to learn on the job, and every day is fresh. Meeting many customers taught me the importance of seeing things from the customer's perspective. Even in meetings about new products in the planning department, it is important to think about concepts and packaging from the customer's perspective, because I know the real world. Also, during my time in the sales department I was able to come into contact not only with customers, but also with store staff across the country and employees from other departments, which makes it easy to cooperate with them even now, and is still very useful in my work in the planning department.
I am grateful to my senior colleagues and the company environment for encouraging me to take on the challenge of transferring to the Planning Department."

"In order to prepare the materials needed to post on social media, I often accompany my company's beekeeping department on interviews. We don't just go to bee farms; we also go to kumquat or plum fields depending on the season, and other locations depending on the content of the post. After all, we are a beekeeping company, so we are particular about capturing the realism of the beekeeping site. For example, we aim to shoot in a way that captures the atmosphere of the beekeeping department, the work and the sounds of nature as it is, so that customers can enjoy our products with peace of mind by seeing the producers and their work through social media.
Most of our interviews are done outdoors and depend on the weather and brightness, and our subjects are moving bees and seasonal fruit trees, so I'm happy when I get the perfect shot, and I feel rewarded by my job of helping more people learn about our company and beekeeping."
