Job description ① Inbound

As communicators, we have two jobs: "inbound," which involves receiving phone calls, and "outbound," which involves making calls. "Inbound" involves handling orders and inquiries from customers via phone, online shop, email, postcard, fax, etc. In addition to handling complaints, we are also a liaison office that shares customer feedback and requests within the company to provide better products and services.

② Outbound

In "Outbound," you will provide after-sales support and product information to customers who have purchased products at the store and become members. You will listen to the concerns and requests of existing members and make suggestions that will satisfy them. This is a job where you can enjoy conversation and build further relationships.

Recruitment Guidelines (① Inbound)

  • Job title: Handling orders and inquiries
  • Eligibility to apply: Basic computer skills (Excel/Word)
  • Employment status:Full-time employee
  • Work location: Head Office Center (571-15 Mitsugu-cho, Kita-ku, Kumamoto City) *There are no transfers.
  • Monthly salary: 240,400 to 270,000 yen
  • Salary increaseonce a year (April)
  • Bonusestwice a year (July and December)
  • Allowances:Commuting allowance (up to 20,000 yen), job allowance, position allowance, travel allowance, overtime allowance, performance-based pay, etc.
  • Working hours: ①8:00~17:15, ②9:15~18:30, ③10:45~20:00
  • Holidays:8th to 11th of each month (shift system)
  • Trial period3 months (same conditions)

    *There are no transfers. Parking subsidies (10,000 yen/month) are available at the Saga and Kurume centers.
