Plums harvested in our own plum orchard in June.
We are currently in the process of turning the salted plums into pickled plums.

The stems of tens of thousands of plums are carefully removed one by one.

After removing the stems, the plums are neatly arranged so that they do not overlap, and left to wait to be pickled in the shiso leaves.
